The funny thing is that if I call the USCIS number it says it got approved on Oct. 3 (expired on Oct 2), but I've made multiple request since then and spoken to T1/T2 officers since and tonight I was writing my official letter of resignation did it finally show that it changed on ELIS.

USCIS is a crapshoot and I'm not entirely out of the woods yet, especially since it takes 20 days to get the card to you. Either way, will call HR in the morning and hopefully they can work with what I have until I receive the card.
