I had to take a LOA for the last couple weeks and it has been brutal. Fuck the USCIS and this bullshit. Just this year, they have delayed my Advance Parole and DACA. For all those still waiting, keep pushing. I did two info pass appointments, local congress person, Ombudsman and two service requests.

Now I have to deal with getting the damn EAD and my I-130 that has been pending for over a 14 months. I saw some people mentioning pursuing the LPR after this debacle and I agree but even then I hope you have more luck than me. They told me that because I am on DACA, I am low priority for LPR. Bunch of BS we have to deal with.
