They are trying to get to those that are expired and those that are on the verge of expiring. I expired on Thursday, but I was approved on that same day, but I didn't know until Friday. Of course an approval doesn't mean you have the card on your hand, it means they've approved your application and your card has going into the next queue, the one to get produced.
