Not your internet, I think they are doing a few updates. Last time I spoke with a rep they mentioned USCIS does case updates on ELIS once a month between 14-16. That's the only reason why the Case Status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do tend to be more reliable and accurate.
