Here is my timeline
App received - June 6th
Sent 2 SR's - July 6th and July 15th (one for each case) about no BIO's got generic responses
Bio's scheduled - August 26 (scheduled for 09/16)
Walk in Bio's - Sept 6
Sent another SR - September 22nd - no response yet
Had IRLC elevate my case - September 27th
Congressman email - September 28th
Congressman replied and I sent the authorization letter - September 29th
Sent another SR - September 30th (this one for my EAD case)
Decided to check because well I am a worried wreck and BAM approved - September 30th
I was going to expire - October 13th.

You guys reach out to every single available source you can and just keep pressing it. I hope you all get approved soon. Thank you guys so much, even though I was a lurker, reading your personal stories really made me feel better because I wasn't alone. Next step AOS through my spouse, but first AP to clear up EWI.
