I called today again and they would not let me put in another service request until it was a month since the last one was put it. I told the T1 officer that I was told I was to expect hear back within 15 days after the last one, to which she immediately replied it was wrong information. Tf? It'd be nice if they at least had a scrip so that they are not giving people wrong information. My case has been processing for 145 days already. Anyways, I am going to try again tomorrow. Her name was Sydney so I'll keep an ear out to make sure it is not her again XD She was respectful though she didn't really care much for what I had to say.
