Is anyone from may still pending initial approval?

This is my 2nd time renewing . It's been over a month since mine expired. Ive called and opened service requests multiple times.

Had initial issues with receiving my bio-metrics

Last response i got via mail was that it was in line to be processed and that they are doing it in the order received. Clearly not the case as many have applied after me and have their cards already.

I filled out both mine and my sisters and she was approved and got her EAD almost 3 months ago .

Thankfully my work has never asked about it .
