Not sure if it will even matter anymore trying to renew at this point. I expire in March But I figured I'd take my chances since I've got nothing to lose anyway (other than $465).

2) Part 2 of that same sections asks for "Current value of assets"... I've added up what I have in 401k (just my contribution not my employers) + the stock value I have acquired through my employer. Is this okay for this portion of this form? I don't own anything else of value.
