Silly will eventually get banned again. Switching gears a bit, not doubt in my mind you will be questioned about your status when proven you have committed a crime, even in sanctuary cities. The difference is sanctuary cities will not cooperate with operations led by DHS and will not prosecute people solely for violating immigration laws. Eg. PD will not detain you if you're the victim of a robbery but have no papers.
