Sounds like a whole lot of nothing. Read it may be due to waiting on a background check. Anyone had any experience w/this status?

You're right. It is a whole lot of nothing. I was given this response since the first time I did a service request and 5 months later still nothing. Sorry. Hopefully, you'll have better luck.
