I talked to my lawyer. She said the ban can be served inside the US with a waiver. However, you would not be able to apply for a green card while serving the ban. This is a very costly and high risk path guys... I dont know what to think.

Dreamers should push for a way for us to get some sort of bill that would help us with these bans. Many of us could get right with the law easily if it was not for them.
