I had to login to see it
Under recent notices it shows date , receipt number , name
(**im on my iPhone so I dk if it does this on the computer**) so literally scroll/Swipe on that box and you'll see NOTICE TYPE.
You'll see appointment scheduled link. Click that. And you should see it.
