I honestly do not think he would go Rogue on immigration. It is politically unwise to do so. Lawsuits would bring much controversies. The administration has many more things to worry about. I think for sure workplace enforcement and home visits would be a thing. Police collaboration would increase in some places.

These are obvious steps they will take, however, I am more worried about the people who did not do AP as it is most likely that the waivers will be a thing of the past.
