I received a response on Dec 23rd that it was " still pending adjudication because my case required additional review, sorry for the delay " . My case is as simple as can be and just a renewal....

I plan on calling in tomorrow morning again. I was also hoping to get this over with prior to inauguration .

Hopefully we get this figured out.
