You think if Trump had made up his mind to take away DACA on day one his homeland security pick wouldn't know? I still believe either he is still making up his mind or he is not going to do it. They are just worried about upsetting the hardliners in his base if they come out and say it now. They can solve this problem but claiming we are studying this issue before we shut the program down. Then, indefinitely study the issue lol.
