1) Do DACA beneficiaries always have to get a PR or USC to co-sign? Are there ways that you can go through the process alone?

2) Does having a co-signer jeopardize your ownership of the house? Like can the co-signer do some funny business with the paperwork and take over your house if they feel like it?
