Reading the same article:

Statically insignificant so far; too bad it took a failed recount vote to even bring this much to light. Need legislation for verifying the vote via a third party all around.

Hillary winded up losing Michigan by what? .3%?
Its seem Tom Barrow, in said article, is blaming the current Democratic mayor Janice Winfrey for Hillary's loss in Michigan.
