Ryan won't bring it to a vote. He's too scared. He's all talk about DACA people, but no action. Did you see him in the town hall answering the undocumented woman's question? He doesn't give a shit what happens. He wants what Trump wants.

Even if he does bring it to a vote, do you think it will have enough to get all the way to Trump's desk? And would he even sign it?
