I was arrested two times. Both for the same offense. The offense was dismissed eventually. I explained about them on the extra page of D821. But I didn't attach any court dispositions etc. Because on the website it specifically instructed not to send documents already submitted. Seems like USCIS RFE'd you exactly for not sending in court dispositions.

That is why I am worried for a RFE.
