So anyone they *think* poses a risk, so it's pretty much at their discretion. You can say we're protected by DACA, but do you think that'll stop ICE officers if they're a big enough assholes? Everything is up to them on what they consider is a crime. This also put's our parents at risk as well. Once DACA is gone, which is a possibility, it's open season on us even if we still have EAD.

I am an expired Visa. Wow, did you just say,

Regardless of what you think, there are laws, and there are balances of power. It is sent in stone that we have deportation reprieve if DACA maintains its course of actions. I find it very hard to believe that Trump will send those protected by DACA back. Again, you are not understanding what others in his administration have said about us.
I went to counselling today to deal with anxiety related to personal issues. My psychologist told me one sympton of anxiety is that you tend to think unrealistic thoughts and let that control your mind. Seems very similair to what you are doing my friend. Try something called mindful meditation. Live life, and stop worrying about something out of your control. Just know that we will be fine. Im making this sheer assumption based off of what i heard, not fake, leaked information and unconfirmed facts.
