Can you please ask the following questions.

1. Has my biometric (fingerprint) been cleared? (I have not had any ticket or conflict with law since I got my EAD in 2012)
2. It has been over 3 months since I applied, why is there a delay in my case.
3. Can they expedite my case?
4. Will I get approved before my EAD expires (March 17, 2017)?
5. Can you also inform them that I currently hold a full time job and my employer is requesting an updated EAD card since March is approaching.
