I didn't read that as a confirmation as DACA ending. The answer sounded like all the answers we've been getting - they still haven't decided what to do.

Is that really a surprise? We knew the WH wants enforcement first. But GOP does not have enough votes to pass enforcement only bills and that' where hopefully compromise is coming.
