I've never received any RFE's and this is my 2nd renewal. Nothing complicated about my case.

I requested a call back a week ago and they called me on Saturday. The officer said he would put in a request for it to be expedited since its been so long and to receive a status update.

Has anyone had luck with this or been told this ?
