Heard this from my attorney, who worked at USCIS for 10 years, in different roles (Adj. officer, appeals officer, asylum officer, supervisor...)
They process applications as they come in, i.e. first come first serve. They are constantly slammed with piles of new applications everyday, turnover is super high and resources are limited. However, congressional inquiries are always taken care of right away.
I would highly recommend that you physically walk into you rep. or senator's office as soon as you can, with all your documents and evidences. They will expedite your case and you hear something within 2 weeks.
Good luck
Agreed. Not relating to my DACA case but my parent's immigration file was pending with USCIS for 1.5 years and all we got told was that it's pending adjudication. we had to involve our congresswoman to get a response from the Service (which wasn't a good response at all, but at least it was something).
