I edited my response to include this:

If you read the article, his DACA expired. He was caught with drugs. It is a misdemeanor, he is not a threat to public safety. I expect him to be released to be honest.

He was probably detained because ICE agents are assholes and they want to push the boundaries. I hope he gets released.

This is the kind of shit that needs to get out so that other idiots do not commit these mistakes.
