I wanted to change my last name from my maiden name to my husband's last name and was told to send the application in under my new name and put my maiden name as other names used. I received my receipts for my application all under my new name.
My question is when I get my biometrics notice it will be under my new name as well but I don't have an ID under my new name yet. Will my current drivers license, marriage certificate, and EAD card be enough for them to accept and allow me to do my biometrics?
