If you're undocumented, why do some of them thinking drinking/doing drugs and driving would be a logical thing to do in the first place? I'm an ex alcoholic but at least I have a bit of an awareness about what I'm about to do when I'm drunk as shit. Call an Uber or get a DD shit! be aware of the consequences.
