Probably less than 50% since only 4,000 Cancellation of Removal For Non LPR are granted per year imagine all the people in immigration proceedings that apply for that relief. Plus his sisters cannot be used for the waiver only his LPR parents and he has to prove the extreme hardship part. But then again he might get lucky and obtain a green card his bond was only $2,500 and the other Dreamer, Daniel Ramirez, the one with the alleged gang ties was set at $15,000 and his story is more credible lol
