My question is what is a cancellation of removal ?
Is it when no options or defenses are avalible but your stay is granted ?
These dreamers who are out on bond is that what they are fighting for now ?
I do know some immigrants spend years in detention centers so technically could one just wait for the next year if no stays are avalible ?
My question is if a dreamer is detain by ice and has cleared his EWI and is married to a U.S Citizen would that be a cancellation of removal or something else ? Could a dreamer like this be deported ?
