Also, there is no version of RACA in the Senate, and no Democrat sponsors. But is either of those a requirement? I think I remember reading that a bill is stronger with bipartisan support, but that it's not technically required in order to bring it up for a vote.

Both proposed bills have pretty much the same Original Co-Sponsors and both were introduced by Republicans. RAC Act has a component that would allow us Dreamers to join the armed forces and naturalize immediately instead of waiting the 5 year conditional period. Of course you have to serve your contract or be honorable discharged to keep your status. I think the reason ENLIST Act has more support it's because it has a bigger chance getting out of committe with one of its Original Co-Sponsors Adam Smith being a ranking member of that committee. I think if ENLIST Act passes the chances of RAC Act passing later on are greater
