He's not coming back.

(And not because of any of the inane reasons given on this thread)

DHS has full discretion and authority under current law to deport any and all persons without legal status. Period. Even DREAMERs are "low level priority" for deportation.

NICL, the organization suing the DHS, is doing so only to get information on why he was deported. Even they understand that their is nothing they can do beyond that to bring him back.
