Hey guys i have been reading for months, never commented or anything till now. I still have not received my daca or work permit renewal. I tried everything, congressman, sent an email, open a ticket, etc. my job has me on LOA for ome month before they have to fire me. that month is quickly running out. I had some money saved so as of right now I am good, but I feel like I have been kicked, like if I am useless and worthless. I don't know how to explain it. I have been working three years for this company, started as a part timer and after so many raises and promotions I am now an assistant manager. sorry, I just needed to get it out of my chest how I feel. At home I try to be strong so nobody realizes how stressful I feel.

I know the feeling, I too would've lost a good paying job that I worked extremely hard for (promotion, pay raise ect). I just had my DACA approved yesterday and my card is currently in production, a full 2 weeks before it expires.
CALL your congressman's office, don't email them. I truly believe this was the difference between getting my extension now vs having to take an unpaid leave indefinitely and jeopardizing my job.
File an Ombudsman and be as detailed as possible about the potential hardships you currently face. Here is the link:

You may also email USCIS directly to have your case elevated. Just be sure to provide them with an inquiry number if you spoke to a rep over the phone and your issue wasn't resolved in 15 days.
