HELP PLEASE!!

I'm currently in the process of my renewal, but it's taking longer than anticipated and just like many of you I'm really worried at this point.
I hired Alcock and Associates in Phoenix, AZ to do my DACA and renewals.
In December 21 she summited the application for my Daca renewal nd work authorization card that EXPIRED APRIL 5th so 105 days, this was a lack of knowledge since I don't receive any letter to summit 120 days in advance, but the lawyer assured me that everything would be fine.
Well on December 30th 2016 I got a rejection letter saying the payment amount was incorrect or was not provided, I gave them the updated fee which is 495$ I was really upset because it was clearly an error that which caused delay, the lawyer summited again the application on January 11 and again I received another rejection for the same reason and the letter was noted ELIGIBILITY CATEGORY: C33 a SECOND REJECTION FOR THE SAME REASON!
I guess this time she put together a new package and sent it in without telling me because she said it would be quicker that way, so she did at the end of January and received a letter from USCIS with a BIOMETRICS appointment for March 8th 2017, on April 5th my DACA expired and now I have no idea what to do.
I had to be termites at my job because they couldn't put me on leave and lost my seniority, company shares, company car and maybe even my promotion.
It's been 80 days since they received my case, a lady from USCIS told me I could ask to expedite my case since I lost my job and I'm in need of an income.
My lawyer said it was USCIS fault, but I don't know if I should believe her or not.
Is there anything I can do at this moment? When I spoke to a USCIS agent they said I can request to expedite my case if its an emergency since I loss my job and I have no income coming in, but thn she said she couldn't do it at the moment because she was having technical difficulties.
