Your status in this country especially right now is nothing to f!ck with and now you're accruing unlawful presence. Now, you're sol until they decide to approve, and if you haven't noticed, they're taking their sweet time with some cases. Look at this as a lesson learned. If you contact uscis, be prepared to be told that they're still within normal processing time. You're not even at 90 days yet.
