Dude . . . did you not read the article? Kelly has said dreamers are an exception.
Also, I worked closely with an attorney who was able to get a high profile dreamer released from a San Diego detention center.
Like I have probably posted before, you have solid due process protections if you exercise your constitutional rights at the time of arrest. You would be fucking surprised the type of immigrants the Trump administration has not been able to deport. I am talking MS 13 gang members dude . . . people with serious crimes have been stuck in removal proceedings/detention centers for months or even years.
