We live in different cities and proving the marriage might be a challenge but should be doable based on the fact she goes to school and I work etc.. we see each other almost every weekend.

For me at least it might come down to that path. Alhtough I have younger DACA brothers and this is the most difficult part for me. However I have an 85k salary and I can't loose that.
I would never recommend anyone to take this route unless you're absolutely committed. If it's done for pure self-interest, you'd be practically selling out your morals and be no different than these heartless politicians.
