The entire "citizenship for all" is just a tactic used for negation. When you sell a car, you increase its real price because you know people will low ball big time.

Democrats are playing that game and see what republicans are willing to comprise at because lets face it, if it was up to republicans, they would vote to deport us all.


Once real negotiations start, as in a bill actually makes to debate then theyll start adding or taking stuff from it. Republicans are going to low ball the democrats into a deal.
