Not necessairly. There are groups that support immigration rights at a greater rate than Latinos (nearly 30% of them voted for Trump, Many Tejanos & Cubans aren't too fond of "amnesty") like the African Americans (who have a hiatory of being consistently Democratic) and the Jews.
I don't think so. Many people in other countries like Great Britian have shown a great disdain to Polish immigrants even though they're "more Whiter" simply because they're nationalists. Hell, Americans here don't even consider Spaniards & Portuguese people as "white" even though they're European. I personally believe that it all comes down to nationalism although I'm not denying that White supremacy exists but I don't think it's prevalent in this day of age to be honest.
Believe it or not, the US is actually extremely lenient to different ethnicities/races as of now along with Canada, etc despite their dark pasts. In fact, the US could have scrapped public services for all people in here illegally and deny due process for them but we have DACA and we have support for the DREAM Act nowadays. You want to see real racism? You should take a look at countries like India or even some Latin American countries like Mexico and Argentina
