The Plaintiff States move to continue the stay of proceedings on the merits of the claims until September 5, 2017 to allow the parties additional time to attempt to resolve this matter without further litigation. I think it is saying that the plantiff (Texas AG) wants the judge to hold off on any ruling until Sept 5th, saying the defendant (Trump) is not opposed to it, the intervenors (I think Maldef or whom ever filed for case to be dismissed is opposed). And it looks like the judge will not rule on anything until Sept 5th.
