I did one service request and a request for case expedited based on financial crisis for EAD. both of the request were shown "completed" on August 9th and all I received last week was a letter saying that y case was under review and that I should get an answer in approximately 60 days. I contacted my congressman in Houston Texas but they haven't done anything other than check the status like I do. they just told me that USCIS is running behind and I should wait and that they will try to help me. my service center was Nebraska. was your case in Nebraska too?

my IOE is 09021595XX what was yours?
did you get a letter or did you see it on the website first. I check my status every day and it's very depressing not to see any change. My

I sent you a PM too because i couldn't figure out how to post, this post has the same info.

My timeline was that it was received May 7th, BIO June 9th and then was waiting ever since. I personally went to my congressman's office and an aid assisted me by calling Nebraska service center where my application was and she spoke to someone from the Congressman Support line. That person then said she would send a note to the "upstairs" office where they make a decision on the cases. That was in the morning of August 9th and that same day in the afternoon my DACA was approved. My DACA was set to expire August 26th. As far as checking the status on the website, as soon as anything is updated or changes you will receive an email that you linked to your account if you created a MyUSCIS account which Im sure everyone has done. You will receive an email saying a decision has been made to your account and to login into your MyUSCIS.
