I hope that in the coming days as we get closer to that dreaded deadline, that the news will pick it up by firestorm, which will lead to Congress finally opening a discussion on the bills that have been introduced when they come back for recess.

The thing is no one knows what will happen sept 5th. There's no point in adding attention to it when a decision hasn't even been made. Lawsuit might get tossed out, if it doesn't and an injunction is placed, the firestorm will commence.
