Unfortunately, I don't read it with optimism. She emphasized "American" workers, and in a subsequent question refused to answer the question of whether or not Trump considers Dreamers "Americans'.
Additionally her saying that "he wants to make sure this decision is done correctly". Obviously I dont want DACA gone. But from an institutional and procedural standpoint, phasing it out by not allowing renewals would be the "correct" decision.
