I think 2face might be right on this one. I think Sessions will be giving the announcement because he is giving a legal reply to the Paxton lawsuit. For us, it sucks because we hate Sessions; all those times that fucking elf attacked the Dream Act in Congress. The best news I expect from Sessions is that there will be a 6 month delay.
Congress will need to act.
