The Sessions thing is weird. If anything, it should have come from DHS. I can't help but daydream that Trump decided to humiliate Sessions by forcing him to defend DACA in court. Now, that'd be sweet! Except, it's only a dream
Actually, it may be a publicity stunt to save face with Trump's base. If the base doesn't like that Trump extended DACA for 6 months, Trump can always turn around and say look Sessions said this was best and look Sessions did it himself. Who knows?
