so, do we have confirmation that the program won't end for everyone on 3/5/18?

I ask because there was talk of people being able to renew from today until 3/5/18 but the DHS memo says they won't accept any new applications or 'associated applications' dated from today. I assume that the 'associated applications' are renewals, so it sounds like there wont' be more renewals allowed after today either?
