I left work early today because I listened to Sessions right before... I came in with red eyes and runny nose from the crying and the coworkers were all like wtf... I felt bad since Im usually the happy, extraverted person and they've never seen me this quiet/depressed before. The whole vibe of the office was heavy because of me haha...
