Got DACA at the age of 23 and then did AP this year for humanitarian reasons. I have my passport stamped and have my i94, no criminal backround. I am married to a USC. My question is do I have to fill out the 601 waiver? if I did AP. Will I get the 10 year ban?

BUUTTTTTT........how do I get an I-94? I did AP through DACA for Humanitarian reason and my passport is stamps. The office when I came back from AP did not give me a copy of the AP form and two both letters and just stamped and dated my passport!

I am in the process of collecting all my paperwork and evidence to file for AOS.
Came here age 6, EWI with DACA i cleared my EWI with AP, and married to a USC.
