Because it takes money away from other benefits that we don't see. So yeah, gut SS, Medical, federal housing to pour money into a wall because at the end of the day, whether those benefits go or not, it doesn't matter to us.

But it does matter to the millions of other America s. Including the idiots who votes for Trump.

You have to think beyond your own self interests. The Dems aren't going to trade DACA for a wall. Not because they don't want a "bargaining chip". But because they dont want the government so broke that instead of using benefits to entice others to vote, the govt is building a useless wall.
