Does anyone have a similar timeline. This is my 2nd Renewal. I haven't received an approval but maybe someone has and recommendations are welcomed. I tried to submit a service request and they said even though the application has been pending more than 105 (111 to be exact) I have to wait another 71 days to submit a service request.
