From my perspective, isn't it easier, less time-consuming, and less costly to scrutinize DACA mavnis since they have been living in the US since they were child? Every information about them should be readily available. It's a headache to scrutinize non DACA mavni (international students for example)

Blaming DACA MAVNI for the delays is so last year. Only few who don't have any knowledge of the situations blamed us.
It's more like DACA MAVNIs have much less foreign contact and had been living in the US for a longer time compared to other MAVNI.
What I'm thinking is there were a few incidents where MAVNI were found to be a threat to the national security and it had become significant enough for DoD had to reconsider the whole program and added the CI requirement.
Well there was a guy who said his CI has been adjudicated so let's see what happens within a month or so. We might start shipping out sooner than we thought.
